Warranty

Your Genuine Bumper reconditioned OEM bumper cover is protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Genuine Bumper warrants its bumper covers to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the bumper cover is installed. If failure should occur simply provide proof of purchase to Genuine Bumper and we will repair or replace the bumper cover at no additional charge.

Damaged/Wrong Parts

Customers is responsible for inspecting the reconditioned bumper upon delivery, ensure correct part & fit. Any bumper not deemed acceptable should be refused. Care must be taken in the storage of bumpers at the shop to avoid damage.

25% RESTOCK FEE WILL APPLY FOR ANY BELOW REASON:

1.  Returns are requested 15 days after invoice date
2.  Any damaged caused during storage at the shop
3.  Cancel order
4.  Ordered wrong.

NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUND FOR REASON ASSOCIATED AS FOLLOW:

1. Orders past 15 days from invoice
2.  Reasons associated with texture
3.  Bumper already painted ***Must email for return authorization. Providing with reason of returned or send photos*

 

TEXTURED BUMPERS:
Our spray on satin black texture is NOT like OE molded texture. Slight differences may be noticeable. Paint to match is the responsibility of the body shop. Returns and/or refunds are not given for reasons associated with texture.
